Mission

 

               To provide field maintenance on avionics equipment, auto flight control system and airborne communication and navigational equipment of all assigned aircraft of the Wing.

 Functions

 

• Provides organizational, field and limited depot level maintenance on all airborne communications, navigational equipment, electrical instrument and related accessories of aircraft and equipment;

​

• Provides maintenance assistance on related equipment to other military aircraft;

​

• Designs, sets up and installs ground and tactical communication systems; and

​

• Performs other tasks as may be directed by the Group Commander, 450th MSG.
